New: Sign up for streaming services via Sunrise even without a TV subscription – existing and new customers benefit equally

The most popular sport and entertainment streaming services can now be subscribed to entirely independently of a TV subscription. We’re now offering our entire subscriber base the option to subscribe to, manage and switch between streaming services all in one place. This gives access to an entertainment platform that's unrivalled for choice, convenience and transparency, » says André Krause, CEO of Sunrise.
Anyone who has previously used several streaming services for entertainment and sport and subscribed to them directly through the individual providers could easily lose track of their subscriptions, contract terms and costs. Sunrise has therefore been integrating streaming services into its TV Box since 2023; subscribers can subscribe, manage and switch services easily via the TV Shop – all in one place and at the touch of a button. The costs will be added to the monthly Sunrise bill. This means a clear overview is always available. The My Sunrise online customer account offers the same level of convenience. Until now, however, access to the streaming service and TV sport content was restricted to customers with a Sunrise Internet & TV subscription.
With this new offer , Sunrise is also opening up its streaming platform to all subscribers who already have a Sunrise mobile, Internet (without TV) or Home Security subscription. They can now benefit from streamlined activation processes, a clearer overview and the flexibility to combine multiple streaming services in one place. The new offering can therefore be found under the new «Entertainment» product category on the Sunrise website.
This new entertainment platform is set to become the go-to choice for customers. To help them get to know the new platform, Sunrise is launching a streaming service promotion today, and both existing and new customers can benefit. Further details can be found at sunrise.ch/entertainment .
