London UK, 1 June 2023 - The Company (LSE: ONE), announces that yesterday, Peter Roderick Gordon Murray's (Non-Executive Director) wife, Gabrielle Murray, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.75p per Ordinary Share.

Following the above purchase, Mr and Mrs Murray's combined shareholding in the Company is 2,100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.72% of the issued share capital of the Company.
