TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

CANAL+ SA (LSE: CAN, the "Company"), the global media and entertainment company, announces that as at 30 September 2025, the issued capital of the Company comprised 991,959,494 ordinary shares of €0.25 each (the "Ordinary Shares") of which 680,712 Ordinary Shares were held in treasury. Treasury shares do not carry voting rights.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in respect of the Ordinary Shares is 991,278,782. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules").
This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Rules.
