Change of Name Today to London BTC Company Limited
London, New York, July 3 2025, Vinanz Limited, the London Stock Exchange Main Market-listed Bitcoin treasury company with active mining operations across the United States and Canada , announces that further to the announcement made on 5 June 2025, its change of name from Vinanz Limited to London BTC Company Limited has now become effective and is expected to take effect on the London Stock Exchange today, 3 July 2025, at 8.00 a.m.
The Company's ticker symbol on the London Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "BTC", ensuring continuity for our shareholders and market partners. The Company confirms that there will be no change to the Company's ISIN (VGG9520B1004) and the Company's LEI ( 9845006607892CED8456) will also remain the same.
Following the change of name, the Company's website address will be updated and available at https://ldnbtc.com .
Shareholders will be unaffected by the change of name, and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid.
