Baar, August 20, 2015 – The Annual General Assembly of New Value AG took place on August 20, 2015. All agenda items were approved with a large majority by the General Assembly. The following resolutions were, amongst others, passed by the shareholders: – The Annual Accounts for the financial year 2014/15 were approved. – The members of the Board of Directors were discharged and re-elected for another year. – BDO AG was elected as auditor for the financial year 2015/16. – The capital contribution reserves will not be offset against the loss carried forward. By not offsetting the loss carried forward the company keeps the possibilities open to allow future distributions out of the capital contribution reserves on a settlement and income tax free basis.
