SUBSEQUENT EVENT	NOTE 13—SUBSEQUENT EVENT         On October 27, 2014, the Company's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend to Parent in the amount of $19,576,000.         On November 3, 2014, the U.S. Department of Justice (the "DOJ") filed an antitrust lawsuit seeking to enjoin the proposed acquisition of Screenvision, LLC by NCM, Inc.
