EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	NOTE F: EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN We have established a profit sharing plan in which all full-time employees are eligible to participate beginning the first quarter following the completion of three months of employment with the Company or any of its subsidiaries. This plan allows participants to make pretax contributions and apply for and secure loans from their respective accounts. The plan permits the Company to make discretionary contributions to be determined annually by the Company’s Board of Directors or Compensation Committee. The Company made no contributions to the plan in 2011, 2010 or 2009.
