(c) As of October 18, 2006, the Board of Directors appointed Michael G. Bansley as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Bansley is a principal in the Chicago CPA firm of Bansley, Brescia & Co., P.C., which he founded in 1980. He graduated from Marquette University in 1957. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Illinois CPA Society.
