notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting
rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany has exceeded the threshold of 5%
and amounted to 5.04% (597,185 voting rights) as of December 3, 2013.
Of these voting rights, 5.04% (597,185 voting rights) are to be attributed
to EdgePoint Investment Group Inc. persuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1
no. 6 WpHG. Of these voting rights, 3.79% (449,515 voting rights) are also
to be attributed to EdgePoint Investment Group Inc. persuant to section 22
(1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 (1) sentence 2
WpHG. Of these 5.04% (597,185 voting rights) 0.71% (84,700 voting rights)
are also to be attributed to EdgePoint Investment Group Inc. pursuant to
section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 2 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
