On June 23, 2014, Prüfer GmbH, Hanover, Germany has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, have exceeded the 50% threshold of the
Voting Rights on June 20, 2014 and on that day amounted to 50.04% (this
corresponds to 5,977,088 Voting Rights).
0.20% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 24,261 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, Number 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
25.21% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3,011,122 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 2 of the
WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by
the following shareholders, whose share of the Voting Rights in Delticom AG
amounts to 3 percent or more:
