Zurich/Cologne, 5 October 2012 – Peach Property Group Deutschland – brand innovator, developer of luxury residential properties and manager of investment properties – is back this year as an exhibitor at EXPO REAL, the Munich-based international property fair. Visitors to the fair should come to Hall A2, Stand 413 to learn more about the company’s current luxury residential development projects, its expanded investment property portfolio and its new initiatives in the German market.

Peach Property Group Deutschland is keen to communicate the marked strengthening of its activities. Evidence of these include its increased funding to expand its investment portfolio, and a new development project in Berlin: the start has been announced of ‘Living 108’, a premium-quality residential project located on Chausseestraße in Berlin-Mitte. Occupying a newly acquired site at Chausseestraße 108/109 measuring 2660 m ² , this development comprises an ensemble of around 100 high-quality residential dwellings offering 7500 m² of floor space and an additional commercial unit. ‘Living 108’ finds Peach Property Group Deutschland building on the successful branding of the neighbouring project, ‘Living 106’.

The company announced only a few days ago that it has acquired the former Hoesch headquarters in Dortmund – two historic properties yielding a lettable area of some 17,500 m ² . Following extensive renovation work designed to safeguard their history and heritage, the properties will offer combined commercial and residential use. Other acquisitions already realised for its investment portfolio include properties in Erkrath-Hochdahl, near Düsseldorf, and in the Lunenburg Heath in Munster.

Peach Property Group Deutschland is also providing information on other exclusive residential projects currently undergoing preparation in Hamburg and Berlin.
