Zurich, 6 February 2013 - Peach Property Group AG, a leading developer of

maintained its positive business momentum by completing on schedule the
construction of its 'Schooren des Alpes' project in Kappl near Ischgl.
'Schooren des Alpes' is an exclusive real estate development with twelve
condominiums in Austria's Paznauntal, a top Tyrolean Alps destination. Nine
units have already been handed over, and a further one is reserved. Peach
Property Group expects to generate a cash flow of close to CHF 9.0 million
from sales of the condominiums.
