Principle of Consolidation	Principle of Consolidation The condensed consolidated financial statements of All Grade Mining, Inc. and Subsidiary include accounts of the Company and its wholly-owned foreign subsidiary, All Grade Mining Chile, SA.  Intercompany transactions and balances are eliminated in consolidation. All Grade Mining Chile, S.A. was formed in November 2011, has yet to commence operations, and has minimal assets.
