On November 27, 2007 Eric Zarnikow was named the Associate Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Capital Access, a federal government appointment. Mr. Zarnikow’s new position permits him to continue to serve as a member of our Board of Directors, but precludes him from accepting any compensation for such Board service. Mr. Zarnikow intends to continue his service on our Board of Directors and will continue to Chair its Audit Committee, without receiving compensation from us during the duration of his government appointed position.
