The Management Board of BINARY HELIX S.A. with its registered office inKatowice ("Company", "Issuer") hereby announces that on April 2, 2026,it signed a cooperation agreement with 4system Polska Sp. z o.o. withits registered office in Zielona Góra (hereinafter referred to as thePartner) regarding the production and sale of drones, under which thePartner will allocate PLN 2,000,000.00 (in words: two million zloty) forthe purchase of drones at the prices and quantities indicated in theagreement. The Issuer will execute the order within 9 months from thedate of crediting full payment to the Company's bank account.
