The Management Board of Hurtimex S.A., hereinafter referred to as the"Company," "Issuer" with its registered office, received information onJanuary 13, 2026, that the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź,Commercial Court, 20th Commercial Division of the National CourtRegister, returned the Company's application for amendment of thearticles of association and registration of a capital increase due toformal deficiencies. The Issuer hereby attaches the Court's ruling. Thejustification for the Court's ruling is attached.

The Company will provide information on further actions in this matter.
