J. sold on 19th of July2016 50.000.000 shares, which constitute 25,53 % of ordinary sharecapital of the Company at 2 grosze. Before the before mentionedtransction the Shareholder had 155.298.563 shares, which constituted79,3 % of ordinary share capital.
