The Board of APIS SA Company hereby informs that it has received an information from the company's Shareholder Adrix Sp. z o.o. regarding the sale of 1.562.696 shares which constitute 0,8 % of the Company's share capital. The Shareholder, before the transaction, was in possession of 39.170.000 shares which constituted 20,00051% of the Company's share capital.
