Management Board with its registered office in Warsaw(the Company, the Issuer), hereby informs that on April 22, 2021, itreceived information about the legally valid entry in the National CourtRegister of Carlson Investments ASI S.A. as an investment company on thelist of Alternative Investment Companies (ASI).Inaccordance with the assumptions of the new strategy of the Issuer,Carlson Investments ASI S.A. was registered in the register of thePolish Financial Supervision Authority on the list of entitiesconstituting Alternative Investment Companies. Thus, the Issuer'ssubsidiary may fully and legally continue operations on the investmentmarket.CarlsonInvestment ASI S.A. will specialize in investments in companies andentities with high growth potential, often based on research anddevelopment projects and having proprietary technology in areas such as:medtech, fintech and biomedical projects. The company will also conductits activities taking into account foreign markets. Thanks to this, theentire capital group of the Issuer will gain the possibility of betterscalability of its operations, and investors will have the opportunityto engage in projects of an international scale and global reach.
