Theamount of the investment together with the NCBiR contribution amounts toPLN 1 million.TheIssuer considersSeemore S.A. as an entity with high developmentpotential on the global market.CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A.has paidparticular attention to the start-up's innovativeness and thepossibility of achieving byCarlson ASI Evig Alfasignificantrate of return on investment. SeemoreS.A.is an innovative startup that is the author of a technologicalsolution taking care of the safety of motorcyclists. SeemoreAwareis a project that emerged as a result of observing thedevelopment of the automotive industry and the desire to transfercertain solutions to the world of motorbikes. The idea of combining thesensors observing the environment of a vehicle with the possibilities ofaugmented reality (AR) has not been used in the world of motorbikes sofar. The project aims to develop a solution to improve the safety ofmotorcyclists by creating a spatial map of the road environment,recognising objects on the road and fully integrating with the head-updisplay of the helmet thus creating a solution based on full augmentedreality - AR (Augmented Reality). With these tools, Seemore Aware wantsto improve the safety of motorcyclists and reduce fatal accidentsinvolving them by up to 50%.
