The dividend was payable to shareholders of record on September 26, 2011 and was paid on October 7, 2011. Future payment of cash dividends, and the amount of any such dividends, will depend on our financial condition, results of operations, cash requirements, tax treatment, and certain corporate law requirements, as well as other factors deemed relevant by our Board of Directors.
