Dividend [Text Block]	9. Dividend On January 22, 2013, the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.02 per share of common stock. The dividend was payable to shareholders of record on April 4, 2013 and was paid on April 16, 2013. Future payment of cash dividends, and the amount of any such dividends, will depend on our financial condition, results of operations, cash requirements, tax treatment, and certain corporate law requirements, as well as other factors deemed relevant by our Board of Directors.
