Dividend [Text Block]	9.             Dividend On July 28, 2013, the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.02 per share of common stock. The dividend was payable to shareholders of record on October 4, 2013, and was paid on October 18, 2013. Future payment of cash dividends, and the amount of any such dividends, will depend on our financial condition, results of operations, cash requirements, tax treatment, and certain corporate law requirements, as well as other factors deemed relevant by our Board of Directors.
