Dividend [Text Block]	10 .          Dividend On October 27, 2015, we declared a cash dividend of $0.02 per share of common stock. The dividend was payable to stockholders of record on January 8, 2016 and was paid on January 22, 2016. Future payment of cash dividends, and the amount of any such dividends, will depend on our financial condition, results of operations, cash requirements, tax treatment, and certain corporate law requirements, as well as other factors deemed relevant by our Board of Directors.
