Item 8.01. OTHER EVENTS
On January 24, 2005, the Company issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware has approved its prepackaged recapitalization plan, which will significantly reduce the Companys debt and cancel 100% of its existing common stock.
A copy of the press release dated January 24, 2005 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and such exhibit is incorporated herein by reference.
