Further, pursuant to sections 21 (1), 24 WpHG ('German Securities Trading
Act'), we hereby notify that the percentage of voting rights of Taunus
Corp., USA, in MAGNAT Real Estate Opportunities GmbH & Co. KGaA,
Grüneburgweg 18, 60322 Frankfurt, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%
on 20 October 2008 and amounts to 2.48% (1,308,835 voting rights) as per
this date. These voting rights are attributed to the company according to
section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with section 22 (1) sentence
2 WpHG ('German Securities Trading Act').
