The Management Board of MBF Group S.A., with its registered office inWarsaw ("the Issuer", "the Company"), announces that on 20 March 2026,acting as a partner in a consortium formed with a foreign technologypartner based in Tallinn (Estonia), with the participation of anaffiliated entity based in Kharkiv (Ukraine) (collectively, the"Technology Partner"), the Issuer submitted an application toparticipate in preliminary market consultations conducted by theArmaments Agency concerning the procurement of anti-personnel mines.

As part of the application, the consortium presented a preliminarydescription of a technical solution comprising several types ofbattlefield security solutions, including directional, pop-up andomnidirectional surface solutions, together with a remote initiation andmanagement system based on a distributed mesh sensor and communicationnetwork. The submission of the application is a direct consequence ofagreements previously concluded by the Parties, namely thenon-disclosure agreement (NDA), Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) andconsortium agreement, as reported by the Issuer in current reports No.14/2026 dated 19 March 2026 and No. 15/2026 dated 20 March 2026.

The Issuer's Management Board notes that, according to the informationprovided, the Technology Partner possesses solutions with a high levelof technological readiness and production capacities enabling theirscaling. The systems covered by the notification have been tested underoperational conditions, and the electronic components supplied by theTechnology Partner have been used in operational practice in quantitiesexceeding 30,000 units, which confirms both production capacity andimplementation experience.

The parameters presented during the consultation indicate that thepotential procurement procedure may involve very significant supplyvolumes over a multi-year period, totalling several million units ofcore products and hundreds of thousands of training units, whichhighlights the scale of the potential market and the significance of theconsultation for future procurement procedures.

In the Management Board's view, it is significant that the solutionscovered by the notification are not merely at the conceptual or researchand development stage, but are, to a significant extent, ready-madeproducts that have been operationally tested and can be implemented andscaled up relatively quickly. This implies a potentially shortercommercialisation cycle compared to projects requiring many years ofdevelopment work.

In this context, the Issuer emphasises that the previously concludedagreements and the formation of the consortium have enabled the Companyto gain access to technologies and products that may be subject todirect tendering and potential commercialisation, both on the domesticmarket and - depending on further arrangements and applicableregulations - on foreign markets. The Issuer's Management Board alsonotes that the consortium's activities are in line with currentgeopolitical conditions and the changing approach of some countries tothe restrictions arising from the Ottawa Convention. Recently, selectedEuropean countries have been taking steps to rebuild or developcapabilities in the areas of battlefield security and border protection, which may generate significant demand for solutions available at shortnotice, particularly those with proven operational and productioncapabilities.

Submitting an application to the Armaments Agency constitutes the firstformal stage of the consortium's participation in the process precedingpotential procurement procedures. The Issuer hereby informs that it willprovide updates on further material developments, in particularregarding possible progression to subsequent stages, the submission ofbids or the conclusion of implementation agreements, in separate currentreports, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.

The Issuer's Management Board has deemed the information regarding thesubmission of the application to be confidential due to its potentialsignificance for the further development of the Company's operations, inparticular in the field of security technology and the possibility ofparticipating in large-scale projects carried out for publicinstitutions.
