Sti., with its registered office in Seluklu (Konya),Republic of Turkey.

The IRYDA+ project, in particular the IRYDA+ X1 system, in its currentform represents the development of a new technological direction for theIssuer, based on solutions developed by technological partners with whomthe Company has concluded relevant agreements. The system comprises, inparticular, control software, system architecture and an integratedoperating environment enabling the management of unmanned systems, including in multi-platform configurations. The implementation of theproject constitutes a continuation of strategic agreements, which alsocover the potential involvement of the relevant technology partner inthe development and financing of the project.

The IRYDA+ X1 system developed as part of the project features afixed-wing airframe configuration, characteristic of advanced UAVoperational systems, and offers multi-task operational capabilities, including operation in manual, assisted and autonomous modes. Thesolution enables the execution of missions both in a single-unitconfiguration and in a swarm architecture (so-called swarm capability),utilising advanced control and guidance mechanisms and a real-timeoperating system.

The Company's Management Board has at its disposal materials documentingthe system's operation, including in particular video footage, technicaland test documentation, and elements of the operational environment, confirming the system's ability to operate under demonstrationconditions and its advanced stage of development. The Issuer herebyinforms that the current stage of the system's readiness is as follows:a) Flight tests have been conducted in both single and swarmconfigurations; b) Control systems and mode switching have been tested;c) The effectiveness of targeting in both operational modes has beendemonstrated, and the effectiveness of guidance and mission executionsystems in accordance with operational assumptions has been confirmed;d) The system currently operates within a range of 20-30 km, withsuccessful target destruction.

The commencement of the project's operational phase marks the transitionfrom the conceptual stage to the implementation stage, encompassing inparticular demonstration and testing activities, as well as preparationfor the system's further development. The Issuer notes that the projecthas the potential for further scaling, both in terms of operationalapplications and commercialisation opportunities in internationalmarkets.

The Issuer notes that, as part of further activities, advanceddiscussions are underway to refine the project implementation model, including the definition of specific milestones and the terms ofcooperation with the technology partner.

The Issuer's Management Board has deemed the above information to beconfidential due to its potential impact on the Issuer's financial andeconomic situation and development prospects, and consequently on theprice of its financial instruments.
