The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., headquartered in Warsaw (the"Issuer"), announces that the Issuer and its subsidiary, Proguns sp. zo.o., have successfully completed the registration process and obtainedNCAGE codes (NATO Commercial and Government Entity Code), respectively:9CEDH (Issuer) and 9CECH (Proguns sp. z o.o.).

The Issuer explains that the NCAGE code identifies an entity within theNATO Codification System (NCS).

The Issuer further informs that, as a result of the registration, thedata of the Issuer and Proguns sp. z o.o. have been entered into thefollowing databases:

The Business Entity Database maintained by the Military Centre forStandardization, Quality and Codification (WCNJiK);

The NATO Business Entity Database maintained by the NATO Support andProcurement Agency(NSPA): https://eportal.nspa.nato.int/Codification/CageTool/home;

and will also be entered into:

The Business Entity Database maintained by the U.S. Department ofDefense Logistics Agency (DLA): https://cage.dla.mil/.

The Issuer notes that the NCAGE code allows for locating the Issuer andProguns sp. z o.o. in the aforementioned supplier databases and enablesthe provision of solutions for the needs of the Polish Armed Forces andthe armed forces of NATO member countries, including directparticipation in tenders conducted by defense-related institutions inPoland and NATO countries, including the U.S. Army.

The acquisition of the NCAGE codes represents a continuation of theconsistent implementation of the Issuer's and its Capital Group'sstrategy, as announced by the Issuer in current report ESPI No. 18/2024dated October 22, 2024.
