The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with itsregistered office in Warsaw (the "Issuer"), hereby announces that on 1December 2025 the Issuer received a notification, prepared pursuant toArticle 69 of the Act on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing theIntroduction of Financial Instruments to an Organised Trading System,and Public Companies, from shareholder Fundacja Rodzinna Konstancja,with its registered office in Bielawa.
