The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its registered officein Warsaw (the "Issuer"), hereby announces that on 28 November 2025 theIssuer received a notification prepared pursuant to Article 69 of theAct on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction ofFinancial Instruments to an Organised Trading System, and PublicCompanies, from shareholder Grupa Niewiadów-PGM S.A., with itsregistered office in Warsaw.

The notification referred to above is provided by the Issuer in theattachment hereto.
