The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its registered officein Warsaw (the "Issuer"), hereby announces that on 11 December 2025 theIssuer entered into an agreement for the acquisition of 330,000shares in Fabryka Amunicji Pocisk S.A., with its registered office inWarsaw, representing 33% of the share capital and the total number ofvotes at the general meeting of that company. The acquisition price isequal to the nominal value of the acquired shares and amounts to PLN33,000.
