(the"Company", the "Issuer") hereby informs that on March 20, 2026, apreviously disclosed Bitcoin PUT option was exercised as part of thecooperation with QCP Trading Middle East Limited, concerning theposition 55.5 BTC/USDC-20MAR26-83800-P-NY4.

As a result of the settlement of this position, the Company acquired55.5 BTC for a total amount of 4,650,900 USDC, i.e. at a price of 83,800USDC per 1 BTC.

Following the settlement of the transaction, the Company holds 198.7 BTC.
