TheManagement Board of Carbon Studio S.A. based in Chorzow [_quot;Company_quot;,_quot;Issuer_quot;] informs that it is working on a new production with a codename Project EI [_quot;Game_quot;]. The Game is a first-person shooter set in awestern fantasy setting being developed for all major VR / XR platforms.The project is being developed in cooperation with strategic partnerMeta Platforms Technologies, LLC.

Asof the date of publication of this ESPI report, the Company has startedthe production stage of the Vertical Slice. The goal of the verticalslice is to obtain a representative, fully functional fragment of thenew title, presenting, among other things, the key mechanics of theGame, its graphic style and user interface._#160;

TheGame is being developed using, among other things, telemetric systemsdeveloped as part of research and development projects._#160;

TheCompany's Management Board estimates that production of the Game shouldbe completed by the end of 2025, but this date is subject to change. Theexact date of the Game's release will be made public via a separate ESPIcurrent report.
