Management Board (hereinafter referred to as: "Company","Issuer") with reference to the ESPI report of June 23, 2021, No.25/2021, informs that on June 29, 2021 the Company receivednotifications from Mr. Wojciech Humiński - Member of the SupervisoryBoard of the Company about the change of the notification on the sale ofthe Issuer's series A Bonds and acquisition of new issue shares,transferred to the Company on April 23, 2021 (ESPI No. 15/2021),pursuant to Art. 19 paragraph 3 of the MAR Regulation.
