TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:"Company", "Issuer"), hereby informs that in connection with theresignation submitted by Mr. Szymon Skiendzielewski on June 25, 2021from the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company,the Supervisory Board on June 30, 2021 appointed Mr. Andrzej Chrzanowskias a member of the Supervisory Board.

Pursuantto § 12 sec. 4 of the Company's Articles of Association, Mr. AndrzejChrzanowski will act as a member of the Supervisory Board until the nextGeneral Meeting of Shareholders of the Company elects a member of theSupervisory Board.

Mr.Andrzej Chrzanowski was also appointed a member of the Audit Committeein place of Mr. Szymon Skiendzielewski.

Mr.Andrzej Chrzanowski is an attorney-at-law with 20 years of experience incorporate consulting and representing parties in court proceedings. Mr.Chrzanowski's professional practice focuses on advising on M&Atransactions, legal aspects of video game production and distribution,and representing business entities in disputes arising from varioustypes of contracts. Mr. Chrzanowski is a member of the Polish GamesAssociation and the Association of Producers and Distributors ofEntertainment Software.

Hegained professional experience in Weil, Gotshal & Manges, Associate(2001 - 2006) and Krawczyk i Wspólnicy (Senior Lawyer, then Partner2006-2011). Since 2012, he has been a Partner at the KancelariaKrassowski in Warsaw. The current activity is not competitive to themembership in the Issuer's Supervisory Board. Mr. Andrzej Chrzanowskidoes not participate in a company competitive to the Issuer as a partnerin a civil partnership, partnership or capital company and does notparticipate in any company competitive to the Issuer. a legal person asa member of its governing body.

Mr.Andrzej Chrzanowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law andAdministration at the University of Warsaw, he completed his attorneyapprenticeship at the Bar Association in Warsaw. He also completed acourse in American Law at the Center for American Law at the Universityof Warsaw and a course in comparative law at the Faculty of ComparativeLaw at the University of Strasbourg.

Mr.Andrzej Chrzanowski is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
