TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the"Company", "Issuer"), informs that on July 7, 2021, the Issuer made anestimated determination of the Company's preliminary financial resultsfor June 2021.

Salesrevenue for June 2021 is expected at PLN 1.62 million. The net profitfor June 2021 is expected at the level of PLN -0.3 million.

Cumulativelyfor the first half of 2021, the Issuer expects the following results:sales revenues at PLN 9.86 million, gross sales result at PLN -1.96million, EBITDA at PLN 1.48 million, net result at - PLN 1.96 million.

TheManagement Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. The final information about theresult and sales revenues, taking into account the data for theindicated period, will be included in the report for the first half of2021, which will be published in accordance with the schedule presentedby the Issuer in the current report No. 2/2021.
