The Management Board of Noobz from Poland S.A. with its registeredoffice in Warsaw (hereinafter: the "Issuer", "Company") with referenceto the current ESPI report No. 1/2021 of January 28, 2021 (related toinformation on the beginning of the publishing agreement with 505 GamesS. p. A . negotiations) informs that on the 26th of March 2021 , theIssuer concluded with 505 Games SpA (hereinafter: "505 Games") apublishing agreement (a license agreement). The subject of the agreementis cooperation in the publication of the game Signum Temporis(hereinafter: "the Game") for PC computers throughout the world.

Under the agreement the Company is obliged to create the Game, while 505Games is responsible for its release and distribution. According to theagreement, the intellectual property of the product is jointly owned,which means that it is controlled equally by the Issuer and 505 Games.

Pursuant to the agreement the Company is entitled to the fixedremuneration specified in the agreement in the amount of EUR 1,59million (in words: EUR one million, five hundred and ninety thousand)which is approximately PLN 7,36 million payable in 13 tranches. TheCompany will also be entitled to a commission for the sale of the Gamein the amount of 35% of the net revenues from the sale of the Game lesscommissions and deductions by sales platforms (e.g. Steam). Thecommission will be due to 505 Games after the net revenues from sale ofthe Game exceed the fixed remuneration.

The premiere of the Game is scheduled for 2022.

505 Games is an Italian global publisher of computer games dedicated forleading consoles, PC, mobile phones and social networking sites. In theopinion of the Management Board of the Company cooperation with 505Games on the release of Signum Temporis will allow it to reach customerson the global market.

The Issuer's Management Board decided to publish the above informationdue to the fact that it may have a significant impact on the Issuer'sfinancial and property condition. Above information may also have asignificant impact on the valuation of the Company's financialinstruments listed in the alternative trading system.
