(the “Company”) was also contractually obligated to file periodic reports with the SEC pursuant to the terms of the indenture, dated as of January 28, 2011 (as amended and supplemented, the “Secured Indenture”), among the Company, the guarantors party thereto and Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee (the “Trustee”), relating to the Company’s 7.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2019. On October 1, 2015, the Company effected a satisfaction and discharge of the Company’s obligations under the Indenture and will no longer file reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to the Secured Indenture.
