Deferred Costs, Capitalized, Prepaid, and Other Assets Disclosure [Table Text Block]	5.             PREPAID EXPENSES As of May 31,  2012, the Company had prepaid expenses of $23,059, which consisted primarily of prepaid insurance of $13,207, prepaid interest of $5,978, and other operating expense of $3,874.   As of May 31, 2011, the Company had prepaid expenses of $28,844, which consisted primarily of prepaid insurance.
