PREPAID
EXPENSES
As
of November 30, 2011, the Company had prepaid expenses of
$45,381, which consisted primarily of prepaid real estate
taxes of $9,233, prepaid books and accessories of $8,753,
other operating expense of $6,704 and prepaid insurance of
$20,691. As of May 31, 2011, the Company had prepaid
expenses of $28,844, which consisted primarily of prepaid
insurance.
