Impact of the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic on the Issuer's operations,and preliminary information on the Issuer's revenue generated in thefirst quarter of 2020.
The Management Board ofG-Energy S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the"Issuer"), informs that, according to the current assessment as of April6, 2020, the Issuer expects that the effects of the COOID CoronavirusCOVID-19 pandemic announced by the World Health Organization WHO andrelated actions taken in by the government administration of theimplementation of restrictions, first associated with the introductionof an epidemic threat, followed by an epidemic status, as well as localgovernment in the scope of limiting operations, will have an impact onthe future financial results of the Issuer, about which the Companyinformed in the Management Board's Report for 2019 published on 20 March2020 (page 75 et seq.).
The Issuer has no realpossibility, at the time of publication of this report, to estimate thefull effects of the Coronavirus pandemic on financial results, inparticular based on a qualitative and quantitative analysis of itsoperations, but it should be noted that the Company has taken allnecessary steps and continues to ensure the safety of employees as alsoenabling all employees, associates and contractors to perform theiractivities in an optimized manner, maintaining procedures resulting fromchanging administrative procedures and the provisions of generallyapplicable law.
Referring to informationon sales and services revenues for the first quarter of 2020, theCompany informs that preliminary estimated results amounted to PLN3,896,877.33 and are higher than revenues from sales achieved in thecorresponding period of 2019 by PLN 2,093 thousand. PLN, which means anincrease of revenues by 116 percentage points compared to the sameperiod last year. Sales dynamics in the comparative period increased by216%.
The presented data onsales revenues in the first quarter of 2020 are preliminary data and maydiffer from the final data that will be published in the quarterlyreport for the first quarter of 2020.
