Zakład Gazowniczybranch in Zabrze (PSG) - divided into 6 lots ". Reference number: 2020 /W100 / WNP-027805. The Issuer informed about the expected signing of theAgreements in the Current Report No. 37/2020 of September 24, 2020.TheAgreements concluded with PSG and the Issuer concern the followingareas: Area No. 29 covering the city of Jaworzno, the city of Imielinand 30 covering the city of Mysłowice, in the area of ​​the Gasworks inJaworzno.Thesubject of the contract are tasks consisting in the design andconstruction of PE medium and low pressure gas pipelines in the diameterrange from DN 32 to DN 160 with gas connections in the diameter rangefrom DN 25 to DN 63, and the design and construction of PE medium andlow pressure gas connections in the scope of diameters from DN 25 to DN63 with gas points with bellows gas meters from GM10 to GM40 related tothe connection of new customers in the area covered by Polska SpółkaGazownictwa sp. z oo Branch Zakład Gazowniczy in Zabrze The subject ofthe contract was divided into Areas (parts of the Order).Theframework agreement concluded between the parties will be valid for aperiod of 24 months from the date of its signing, i.e. from October 12,2020 or until the remuneration due to the Issuer is exhausted. Theforecast number of unit orders over a period of 12 months for the area29 and 30 due to the issuer amounts to at least 72 orders.GENERGYwill be entitled to remuneration in the amount of PLN 1,000,000.00 (onemillion zlotys) net. This amount will be increased by the due tax ongoods and services (VAT). Remuneration for the given Task will bepayable once in the amount of 100% of the remuneration after theOrdering Party has made the final acceptance. On the day of signing thefinal acceptance protocol without reservations, the Ordering Party bearsthe risk of loss or damage to the object. If it is necessary to performAdditional Works or additional services at the stage of carrying out theOrders, the Issuer will prepare a valuation of the Works, and theParties, through negotiations, will determine the conditions for theperformance of the Works or additional services, in particular theamount of remuneration for their performance - based on the quotation(cost estimate) presented for approval.Theother detailed terms and conditions of the above agreements do notdiffer from those commonly used in this type of agreement.Legalbasis
