(GENERGY, the Company, the Issuer) with itsregistered office in Warsaw informs that today the Company receivedinformation about signing the Agreements as part of the followingprocedure: FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - Design and construction of gasconnections with up to 10 m3 / h consumption from the existing gaspipelines at Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. . z o.o. Zakład Gazowniczybranch in Zabrze (PSG) - divided into 7 lots. ". Reference number: 2020/ W100 / WNP-027806.TheAgreements concluded with PSG and the Issuer concern the followingareas: Area No. 1: the area of operation of the Gasworks in Będzin,covering the city of Dąbrowa Górnicza, the city of Sławków; Area No. 2:the area of operation of the Gas Plant in Będzin, covering the city ofBędzin, the Psary commune, the city of Wojkowice; Area No. 33: the areaof operation of the Gasworks in Sosnowiec.Thesubject of the contract are tasks consisting in the design andconstruction of PE medium and low pressure gas pipelines in the diameterrange from DN 32 to DN 160 with gas connections in the diameter rangefrom DN 25 to DN 63, and the design and construction of PE medium andlow pressure gas connections in the scope of diameters from DN 25 to DN63 with gas points with bellows gas meters from GM10 to GM40 related tothe connection of new customers in the area covered by Polska SpółkaGazownictwa sp. z oo Branch Zakład Gazowniczy in Zabrze The subject ofthe contract was divided into Areas (parts of the Order).Theframework agreement concluded between the parties will be valid for aperiod of 24 months from the date of its signing, i.e. from October 19,2020 or until the remuneration due to the Issuer is exhausted.GENERGYwill be entitled to remuneration in the amount of : Area No. 1: area ofoperation of the Gas Plant in Będzin, including the city of DąbrowaGórnicza, the city of Sławków - PLN 1,000,000.00 net; Area No. 2: thearea of operation of the Gas Plant in Będzin, covering the city ofBędzin, the Psary commune, the city of Wojkowice - PLN 1,750,000.00 net;Area no. 33: area of operation of the Gas Plant in Sosnowiec - PLN950,000.00 net. The total remuneration will be at least 3,700,000 (threemillion seven hundred thousand zlotys) net This amount will be increasedby the due tax on goods and services (VAT). Remuneration for the givenTask will be payable once in the amount of 100% of the remunerationafter the Ordering Party has made the final acceptance. On the day ofsigning the final acceptance protocol without reservations, the OrderingParty bears the risk of loss or damage to the object.
