(GENERGY, the Company, the Issuer) with itsregistered office in Warsaw informs that today the Company was notifiedof the outcome of the non-public procedure conducted in the form of anopen tender for the award of a contract for the task: Making connectionswith gas consumption up to 10 m3 / h in the diameter range from dn 25 PEuntil 63 PE from the existing gas pipelines on the basis of a frameworkagreement within the area of ​​OZG's operations in Wrocław, covering thearea of ​​the city of Wrocław, organized by Polska Spółka Gazownictwasp. Z oo with its seat in Tarnów, together with the maximum values ​​ofthe framework agreement.PolskaSpółka Gazownictwa sp.z o.o. Branch Zakład Gazowniczy in Wrocław -notified the Issuer of the outcome of the procedure, together with theproposal to sign the Agreement, the value of which was provided today.TheIssuer will be obliged to successively implement individual tasksconsisting in the comprehensive implementation of line facilities in theform of medium and low pressure gas connections with gas consumption upto 10 m3 / h in the range of diameters from dn 25 PE to dn 63 PE fromthe existing gas pipelines (Connections), in the area of ​​operation thecity of Wrocław, on the basis of individual orders, submitted as theOrdering Party's needs arise, including the preparation of designdocumentation for Connections (Projects) and the construction andcommissioning of the Connection (Works) or only Works, which willjointly constitute the subject of the Agreement.TheCompany will be entitled to remuneration depending on the actual scopeof the works performed, calculated on the basis of the unit ratesincluded in the Agreement, on the basis of the material scope performedand included in the final acceptance protocol. The value of activeorders (i.e. tasks in progress prior to technical acceptance) awarded tothe Contractor may not exceed 100% of his highest annual income obtainedin the last three years. The contracting authority reserves at the sametime that the value of the orders may not exceed the value of the taskanticipated by the awarding entity, i.e. the amount of PLN 7,023,478.00.(in words: seven million twenty three thousand four hundred and seventyeight zlotys 00/100). In the event that the value of the orders reachesthis amount, the Ordering Party will suspend the granting of orders tothe Contractor until the granted active orders are completed and theabove limit is released.TheIssuer is obliged to implement the Subject of the Agreement within 24months from the date of the Agreement.
