Conclusionof an Annex increasing the remuneration to the Framework Agreement withPolska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. with its seat in Tarnów, BranchZakład Gazowniczy in Kraków by a jointly controlled company.ManagementBoard of G-Energy S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (GENERGY, Issuer)announces that today the Issuer has received from its subsidiary ZPBPoliterm Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Katowice (Politerm), information onthe conclusion of an annex to the Framework Agreement for the task:Comprehensive performance of works related to the construction ofconnections for new customers along with the expansion of gas.(excluding contracts below 10 nm3 / h from the existing gas.) in thearea of OZG's operations in Krakow Gasworks in TARNÓW - area XV, thesigning of which was announced by GENERGY in the current report ESPI25/2020 on June 12, 2020.Theframework agreement was concluded between the parties and is valid for aperiod of 24 months from the date of its signing or until the maximumamount of remuneration is reached, but due to the rapid exhaustion ofthe amounts provided for in the Agreement for connecting new customersin order to ensure the continuity of the tasks performed, it becamenecessary to increase the maximum value remuneration due to Politermunder the Agreement. After the negotiations, it was agreed that thetotal remuneration will be increased by 50% of the value of the originalAgreement. This means that Politerm will receive a total remunerationnot exceeding PLN 11,550,000 (eleven million five hundred and fiftythousand zlotys). This amount will be increased by the due tax on goodsand services (VAT).Currently,Politerm and GENERGY have started negotiations on an annex to thesubcontracting agreement, in which the Issuer acts as a subcontractor inpart of the task, the signature of which the Issuer informed about19/2020 of May 13, 2020.
