The deadline for the final acceptance ofthe Works is set at 12 months from the date of concluding the Agreement.GENERGY will be entitled to a total remuneration of PLN 735,000.00(seven hundred and thirty-five thousand zlotys) net. This amount will beincreased by the due tax on goods and services (VAT) in the amount ofPLN 169,050 (one hundred and sixty-nine thousand and fifty zlotys).
