Signing of the Cooperation Agreement with Yokogawa Polska Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw.Management Board of G-Energy S.A.with its registered office in Warsaw, announces to the public that onDecember 30, 2022 in the afternoon (after closing the office) itreceived a signed Cooperation Agreement with Yokogawa Polska Sp. z o. o.with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: Yokogawa Polska.).Inthe Agreement, the Issuer and Yokogawa Polska Sp. z o. o. expressedtheir willingness to cooperate in the execution of orders, in particularin order to jointly apply for selected orders in the chemical, refiningand fuel, energy and other industries considered interesting. Afterinitiating a contract award procedure in the chemical, refining andfuel, energy and other industries considered interesting, in relation towhich one of the Parties deems it advisable to jointly apply for thiscontract, this Party shall notify the other Party about the procedure,providing the documents and information in its possession regarding thisprocedure and the subject of the order, or by notifying about theInternet address at which these documents and information can be read.In the event of applying for a contract, the Parties shall appoint theConsortium Leader and its members each time after agreement.YokogawaElectric Corporation is a Japanese company headquartered in Tokyooperating in three business segments such as industrial automation andprocess control, test and measurement solutions and the development ofnavigation systems for aviation and shipping as well as environmentalsolutions.
