Resignation of a member of the mBank Supervisory Board from his function

The Management Board of mBank S.A. (Bank) informs that on December 7,2022, Dr Armin Barthel handed over to Ms. Agnieszka Słomka-Gołębiowska,Chairwoman of the Bank's Supervisory Board, resignation from thefunction of a member of the Bank's Supervisory Board as of December 31,2022. Dr Armin Barthel has not disclosed the reason for his resignation.
