Change of the date of publication of the semi-annual report for H1 2023

With reference to the current report No. 65/2022 dated 23 December 2022,the Management Board of mBank S.A. informs about the change of the dateof publication of the mBank S.A. Group Consolidated semi-annual reportfor the first half of 2023 ("semi-annual report"). The semi-annualreport for the first half of 2023 will be published on 2 August 2023instead of 28 July 2023.
